At City Chain, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your City Chain account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the original invoice is included inside the box.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and attach it firmly to the outside of your package, covering any previous barcodes.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
